Policies
Consultations are required for all new clients. When booking, please select Transfer Client Consultation. Consultations and services can be performed same-day, but an assessment of the hair must happen first.
A 25% deposit is required for every service and is due at the time of booking.
Deposits and consultation fees apply to the cost of service. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payment options available: Cash (preferred), Zelle, credit/debit card, Cash App, Afterpay. Payment plans are also available*
Short Notice/After Hours Appointments: All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you need an appointment sooner, please schedule with me directly at (682) 272-5419.
**In-Salon Policies
Please, no guests and no children, unless they are receiving services.
Clients 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the service.
Cancelled/Rescheduled Appointments: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit. A new deposit will be required, and the old forfeited, if cancelled/rescheduled less than 48 hours and must be done directly with me at (682) 272-5419.
Late Appointments: All appointments are given a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will apply. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and deposit will be forfeited.
No Show: If you fail to arrive without contacting me, the appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
**In-Home Policies
In-Home Appointments: As a mobile loctician, I will travel to your home for services. All in-home appointments will be charged with a travel fee of:
≥15 miles = $25;
16-30 miles = $50;
31-50 miles = $75.

When calculating milage for travel fee, use 8441 Fox Creek Trail, Dallas, TX 75249 for reference of my location.
Please limit distractions and disruptions. (i.e. children, pets, chores, or anything that keeps you from being seated.) Having to stop too often will result in rescheduling you for an appointment in-salon.
Late Appointments: If I arrive at your home for your appointment and you are not there: I will wait for up to 30 minutes. All appointments are given a 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will apply. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, deposit will be forfeited, and travel fee will be charged.
No Show Appointments: If I arrive at your home and you are not there and I am unable to contact you, the appointment will be cancelled, deposit will be forfeited, and travel fee will be charged. Rescheduled appointments must be in-salon.
